Shape is a blockchain network for onchain objects that lets users mint "Stacks" and features its own $SHAPE token. Shape is distributing tokens to early ecosystem participants across four main allocation paths: Letters, Tickets, Creative Shapers, and The Stack, with The Stack representing the largest allocation based on leaderboard rankings determined by medal tiers (Black, Gold, Silver, Bronze) and a snapshot taken March 14, 2026 at 3:14pm ET, where the top 2,500 users qualified for allocations and the top 360 received scaled rewards, including 11,111,111 $SHAPE for rank #1. The token functions as a governance and network token that grants membership in Structura, with 70% of total supply allocated to community participants, including a large Full Decentralization Incentives pool reserved for future validator and infrastructure participation, and users can lock 360,000 $SHAPE to mint one of 3,141 Maximal NFTs plus a Black medal, delegate governance power, and participate in future governance and incentives, with additional filtering applied to reduce sybil farming and ensure allocations favored genuine ecosystem participants.
