KriyaDEX is a non-custodial, orderbook-based decentralized exchange on the Sui blockchain, offering trading of derivatives like perpetuals, futures, and options with up to 20x leverage, alongside an AMM for spot trading. Kriya successfully launched its $KDX airdrop, distributing 40% of the 100 million token supply to early contributors and community members. Eligible recipients included Chakra Season 3 participants—who received the majority share, with 10% equally split among Chakra NFT holders and 30% based on MAYA points burned—as well as participants from Chakra Seasons 1 and 2, Perps Testnet users, and those who took part in the OKX campaign. Off-chain contributors such as top Zealy leaderboard users, Discord OG role holders, select KOLs, and Sui NFT communities were also rewarded. Claiming took place on app.kriya.finance, where users could choose between receiving 33% of their airdrop immediately, 67% with a 45-day auto-stake, or the full 100% with a 90-day stake. Early claims resulted in forfeiture of unvested tokens, which were partially burned and partially redistributed to loyal stakers. Staked $KDX tokens unlocked governance rights, protocol revenue shares, boosted LP yields, fee rebates, and multiplier boosts based on Chakra NFT levels.
